Not Happy with Your Order

If you are not happy with your purchase or it seems to be different than what you expected, please contact us via [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions to make sure you have the best experience with your Wonder Cute orders.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If the product is defective, wrong or does not properly function as advertised, feel free to contact us via [email protected]. We will try our best to meet your request.

Did not receive your product

We have “The Estimated Time Of Delivery” in each product description, so please check this information carefully.

If your delivery is delayed than expected, you do have the right to request a refund or a new replacement for that order. Simply chat with our agent and provide your order information, we will assist you with the highest priority.

We ship your orders at various times because some products need more production time than other products. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. Don’t worry!

Exchanges

Need a different item, size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock. Just contact us and we’re always happy to help!

Return

To proceed with the returns or refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the problem/defect item(s). The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed.

Please contact us to get the nearest return address and don’t forget to give us the tracking number of your return package.

Caution: Buyer is responsible for returning shipping cost. In the case of the defective or wrong item(s) sent, we will send you the return shipping label and you don’t need pay return shipping cost.

Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. After the return package arrives, we will check and confirm the condition of our item(s) before the next action.

Purchase NOT eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Gift cards
  • Non-defective Personalized Products
  • Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, pet hair, smell, scuffing, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received.
  • Any merchandise that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refund

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.

For Paypal Account: 48 hours.
For Credit card Account: 10-14 business days.
The exact length of time is dependent on your card issuing bank.

Note: In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance.

Cancel (if applicable)

After making a purchase, customers have 24 hour to request cancellation. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (15% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

After that date, the item will be produced and we can’t support any further and We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
